I uploaded a user account, which had an error in it on the user’s first name and last name. How can I edit it?

There is no way to edit the created user’s first name and last name. The only way is to delete the user from institute login through which the user was created and re-create the same with desired changes.

If someone is registered using Individual Access Code and after that wants Group Book how can they distribute it to him? If the user is Teacher how can they change his Account status?

If someone is registered using Individual Access Code and after that wants Group Book how can they distribute it to him? if its for same book then the role gets changed to the student by redeeming access code. if it’s a new book then no special rules.

When we distribute books to them (individual or group licensing) and at the end of the school year those licenses expire, what happens to all their notes and bookmarks when we renew the licenses? And if we redistribute the book with a different code or license order to the same teacher and they open it on the same device would that keep their notes, bookmarks and info in the book?

Once license expires the book notes, info and bookmarks get lost.

The problem is that we want to give away codes with printed textbooks for which we don‘t know at which school will be used (=for example, we want to distribute 3000 codes with 3000 printed textbooks that will be distributed to 70 schools - but we don’t know which of these 3000 textbooks will be used in which school). Is this an unsolvable problem?

The simplest way to handle this query is to generate 3000 individual licences (with 3 different licences order) and distribute it along with the printed text book. Here the users will not belong to a specific class and will be individual users. However, Publisher/admin can later add these users to specific classes manually based on the schools they belong.
